Data Deletion Request

At TradeJournal Lab, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, with or without logging in.
What data will be deleted?
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar, settings)
- All trade entries, notes, screenshots, and tags
- Trading accounts and broker connections
- Strategies, playbooks, and backtests
- Community posts, comments, and social data
- Notification history and preferences
- Subscription history (records anonymized, not deleted, for legal/tax compliance)
Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Anonymized analytics data may be retained.
Option 1 — Delete from your account
If you have access to your account, you can delete it instantly from your profile settings. This is the fastest method.
Go to Profile Settings →Option 2 — Submit a deletion request
If you no longer have access to your account, fill in this form. We will process your request within 7 business days.
