By accessing or using TradeJournal Lab at tradejournallab.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeJournal Lab is a web-based trading journal platform that provides trade tracking, analytics, AI-powered insights, backtesting, community features, and educational content. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Free plan features are available without payment.
  • Paid subscriptions are available monthly or annually. Payments are made via cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC on Polygon, BSC, or Tron networks) exclusively on our website.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase — contact support@tradejournallab.com.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • In-app purchases are not available. All payments must be made on tradejournallab.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful material
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share financial advice through the community features without proper disclaimers

6. Trading Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: TradeJournal Lab is a trade tracking and analytics tool, NOT a financial advisory service.

  • We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations.
  • AI-generated insights are for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Past performance metrics do not guarantee future results.
  • Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
  • Community content (strategies, playbooks, chat) reflects individual opinions, not professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by TradeJournal Lab.
  • Your trading data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it for the Service.
  • Content you share publicly (strategies, playbooks, feed posts) may be viewed by other users.

8. API & Webhooks

  • API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan.
  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
  • We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or violation of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeJournal Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
